commissariette: Clara Luper, civil rights leader from Oklahoma, passed away over the weekend.  She contributed to the “desegregation of almost every eating establishment in Oklahoma City.”  This very poignant NYT obit makes me more appreciative of every meal and drink I share out with someone.
